At Strikeman, we stand behind our dry fire training systems and offer a 30-day return policy for items in original condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you facilitate a return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Strikeman laser, targets, and smartphone mount in their original packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
